Zucchini Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups shredded zucchini
    2 eggs
    1 cup shortening
    2 cups sugar
    2 teaspoons vanilla
    2 teaspoons baking soda
    4 cups flour
    2 teaspoons cinnamon
    1 teaspoon clove
    1 teaspoon salt
Preparation
    Beat shortening and sugar until creamy.
    Add eggs and vanilla.
    Combine all dry ingredients, and mix into wet ingredients.
    Add zuchini.
    Drop by rounded tablespoons onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 350 for 18 minutes.
