Maple Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup maple syrup
    1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
Preparation
    Blend ingredients in a blender until smooth.
    Pour into a saucepan and cook on low heat, stirring constantly.
    Bring to a boil and cook until thickened, about 7 minutes, stirring constantly.
    Cool and refrigerate at least 15 minutes, then put onto cake.
