Cornbread (Bread Machine) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 pound loaf
    1 egg
    1/4 cup skim milk powder
    1 1/4 teaspoons salt
    2 tablespoons vegetable oil
    1 tablespoon liquid honey
    2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour or 2 3/4 cups bread flour
    1/3 cup cornmeal
    1 1/4 teaspoons bread machine yeast or 1 1/4 teaspoons instant yeast
Preparation
    Add enough water to the egg to equal 1 1/4 cups (300 ml).
    Measure ingredients into bread machine baking pan in order recommended by manufacturer.
    Insert baking pan into oven chamber.
    Select Basic Cycle.
