Salisbury Meatballs With Caramelized Onions - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 tablespoons butter
    2 large sweet onions, halved and thinly sliced (Walla Walla)
    1 -2 tablespoon brown sugar
    1 (16 ounce) package frozen cooked meatballs, thawed
    1 (12 ounce) jar mushroom beef gravy
Preparation
    In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
    Add onions and brown sugar to the skillet; saute and stir frequently for 15-20-30 minutes or until onions are golden brown and caramelized.
    Add meatballs and gravy; stir to combine.
    Cover and cook 5-8 minutes or until meatballs are well heated; stir as needed.
    My family enjoyed these meatballs over noodles.
