Jumbo Spice Cookies - Sugar Free - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup margarine or 1/2 cup butter, softened
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    1 egg
    1 egg white
    1 cup Splenda granular, sugar substitute
    1/2 cup skim milk yogurt
    2 cups all-purpose flour
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    1/2 teaspoon baking powder
    1/8 teaspoon ginger
    1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
    1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
    1/2 - 3/4 raisins (optional)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0F(190\u00b0C). Beat the margarine, vanilla, eggs and.
    Splenda together. Stir in yogurt.
    Sift dry ingredients together. Add liquid ingredients and stir to.
    combine well. Fold in the raisins. Drop by rounded tablespoons, 1 inch apart onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake approximately 10 minutes, or until light brown.
    Cool slightly and remove from the cookie sheet.
    Yields: 18 jumbo cookies or 36 smaller cookies.
