Chicken And Sausage With Wine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 chicken breasts, cut into bit size pieces
    1/2 lb Italian sausage
    1 small onion, chopped
    3 garlic cloves, minced
    2 tablespoons butter
    1 cup red wine
Preparation
    Brown sausage in skillet and break up. Salt and pepper chicken and add chicken to skillet. Brown chicken. Add onion and garlic to skillet, saute until onion is translucent. Turn heat down and add butter allowing it to melt. Pour in the wine and boil on high until it thickens into a sauce.
