Baskin Robbin'S Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

CRUST
1 cup plain flour
1/2 cup margarine, melted
1/2 cup pecans, ground
FILLING
1 cup sugar
8 ounces cream cheese
8 ounces Cool Whip
1 (3 1/2 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix, prepared according to package directions
2 cups milk (for the pudding)
1/2 cup chopped pecans
Preparation

For the Crust:
Preheat oven to 350*.
Mix flour, margarine and pecans together and press into the bottom and up the sides of a deep dish pie pan.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Allow crust to cool completely.
For the filling:
Mix the sugar and cream cheese together until creamy.
Reserve 1 cup of Cool Whip and fold the rest into the cream cheese mixture.
Put this mixture into the pie crust and top with the prepared chocolate pudding.
Top with reserved Cool Whip and sprinkle with pecans.
Chill for at least 4 hours or over night.
