Green Pesto Pasta - cooking recipe
Ingredients

7 ounces fusilli
4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 1/2 ounces chopped kale
1 garlic clove
1 cup basil leaves
2/3 cup unsalted coarsely chopped roasted peanuts
1 ounce parmesan cheese
some lemon juice
1 pinch sea salt
1 pinch ground black pepper
Preparation
-
cook pasta as per package industry.
drain and toss in olive oil.
scrunch kale with your hands to soften it and blend in blener until it's a coarse paste.
add garlic, 2 tbsp olive oil, basil, peanuts and Parmesan
add lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste then toss with pasta.
serve with Parmesan and chopped peanuts.
