Chickpea Burgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 potato, boiled
    1 1/2 cups chickpeas, cooked
    1 onion, chopped
    1 garlic clove, crushed
    1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
    1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
    1 tablespoon fresh coriander, chopped
    salt and pepper
    1 egg, beaten
    flour
    olive oil
    lemon slices (optional) or lime slice (optional)
Preparation
    Peel and mash the boiled potato with the chickpeas.
    Combine with onion, garlic, oregano, parsley, coriander, salt and pepper.
    Add the egg and mix well.
    Shape into burgers and dust with flour.
    Fry in olive oil until nicely brown on both sides.
    Serve with lemon or lime slices.
