Salmon Mousse - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 ounces pink salmon (tinned)
    4 ounces philadelphia cheese
    2 tablespoons mayonnaise
    3 ounces melted butter
    salt & pepper
    lemon juice (opional)
Preparation
    Blend all ingredients together.
    Put in fridge over night or for a couple of hours.
    Can be frozen.
    Serve with toast, bread, baguettes etc.
