Healthy Pumpkin Pudding (South Beach Diet) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 ounces pumpkin
    2 cups milk
    1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
    1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
    1/4 teaspoon ginger
    1 (1 ounce) box sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix
Preparation
    Mix pumpkin, spices, and half the milk.
    While stirring, slowly add mix and remainder of milk.
    Stir until smooth.
    Let sit for 30 minutes if you prefer a thicker consistency.
