Crustless Zucchini And Tomato Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups zucchini, sliced thin
    1/2 cup onion, thin sliced
    2 tablespoons olive oil
    1 large tomatoes
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon pepper
    1/2 teaspoon oregano
    1/2 cup monterey jack cheese, shredded
    1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 cup milk
Preparation
    Saute zucchini and onion until soft.
    Butter a pie plate, put zucchini mixture in plate and then arrange sliced tomato on top of zucchini.
    Add salt and pepper, oregano, and then top with shredded cheese.
    Combine eggs and milk pour on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0F for 45 minutes or until set.
