Vegan Chickpea Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium tomatoes, cubed
14 ounces artichoke hearts, quartered
30 ounces canned chick-peas
1/2 red onion, minced
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
salt (to taste)
pepper (to taste)
Preparation

Rinse the canned chickpeas. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Serve Cold.
