Tahini Rotini - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 garlic cloves
1 (14 ounce) can chickpeas
1/4 cup tahini
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1/8 teaspoon cayenne
1 (10 ounce) can vegetable broth, heated
500 g rotini pasta
2 cups broccoli florets
2 tablespoons roasted sesame seeds
Preparation

In a food processor, combine garlic, chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, soy sauce, and cayenne and process until smooth. Stir in broth and keep warm.
Cook rotini according to package directions. Add broccoli during last 5 minutes of cooking.
Drain pasta and broccoli. Toss with sauce, sprinkle with sesame seeds.
