Spinach Salad With Yogurt Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Dressing
    1 cup plain yogurt
    1/2 cup mayonnaise
    2 tablespoons green onions, sliced
    1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
    milk
    Salad
    6 cups fresh spinach, torn in bite size pieces
    2 cups monterey jack cheese, shredded
    3 hard-boiled eggs, quartered
    1/3 cup salted peanuts
Preparation
    in small bowl stir together all dressing ingredients except milk.
    stir in milk until desired consistency is reached.
    cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours.
    in large bowl toss together all salad ingredients.
    serve with dressing.
