Fusilli With Spicy Tomato Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 tablespoons olive oil
2 large garlic cloves, minced
1/4 teaspoon hot red pepper flakes
1 1/2 lbs tomatoes, seeded and diced
3 links hot Italian sausages
1 lb fusilli
1 teaspoon parsley, minced

Preparation

In large skillet heat oil, garlic and red pepper flakes over medium heat until garlic is browned.
Add tomatos
Stir in sausage.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Add cooked pasta and parsley to sauce.
Toss.
