Samak Yemeni - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lbs yellowfin tuna fillets
    1 tablespoon olive oil
    16 ounces diced tomatoes
    3 cups water
    1 tablespoon hawaij, spic
    1 tablespoon paprika
Preparation
    .Make a sauce out of everything but fish. simmer 15 min.
    Add fish and simmer 15 minute.
