Vegan Sour Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup firm tofu or 1 cup extra firm tofu, crumbled
    2 -3 tablespoons rice milk (or Silk creamer)
    2 teaspoons lemon juice (to taste)
    1/4 teaspoon salt (to taste)
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in food processor or blender.
    Process until smoothly pureed and transfer to a container with an airtight lid.
