Orange Honey Marinade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup orange juice (preferably fresh)
    3 tablespoons honey
    3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 tablespoon grated orange zest
    1 1/2 teaspoons chopped fresh thyme (or 1/2 tsp dried thyme)
    6 whole cloves
    1/3 teaspoon ground allspice
    1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
    1 bay leaf, crumbled
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Preparation
    Whisk together all ingredients in a bowl.
    Use to marinate chicken breasts or pork tenderloin in the refrigerator overnight.
    Brush with marinade while cooking.
