No Bake Pinto Bean Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup pinto beans, cooked
    3/4 cup cocoa powder
    1/2 cup margarine, melted (Better Butter#117086)
    1 tablespoon vanilla
    2 lbs powdered sugar
    1 lb sugar substitute (or equivalent amount)
    4 ounces walnuts, chopped
Preparation
    Mash beans.
    Mix well together all ingredients.
    Butter a 9x13 inch pan and spread mixture.
    Put in refrigerator and chill thoroughly.
    Cut into squares.
    * Make sure to read sugar subsitute package to get correct measurement to equal 1 lbs of regular sugar.
