Culi Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 ounce) can green chilies or 6 fresh roasted green chilies, roasted and peeled
8 medium onions
8 cups vinegar
2 cups sugar
24 ripe peeled tomatoes
2 tablespoons salt
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon clove
1 tablespoon allspice
1 tablespoon nutmeg
Preparation

Chop chiles and onions.
Add all other ingredients.
Cook together in large pot until thickened.
Pour into jars and seal while hot.
