Pistachio Puff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

16 ounces crushed pineapple (packed in own juice)
12 ounces Cool Whip (you can sub \"lite\")
3 cups marshmallows (Miniature, different colored. Add more if desired)
3 1/2 ounces sugar free pistachio pudding mix (use the dry mix)
1/2 cup pecan pieces (optional)
Preparation

Mix one small box of dry pudding mix, pineapple and nuts (if using) together.
Add marshmallows and cool whip.
Put in a pretty, clear serving bowl.
Refrigerate for several hours before serving.
