Combine ingredients in a bowl.
Microwave on high for 1 minute.
Stir.
Microwave on high for 1 minute.
Stir.
Pour, by the 1/4 cup into a muffin tin lined with 12 cupcake liners.
Freeze for at least 1 hour.
