Peanut Butter Whipped Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 cup heavy whipping cream, chilled
1/4 cup confectioners' sugar
3 -4 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preparation

Place all ingredients in a large bowl.
Beat with mixer on medium-high setting until stiff peaks form.
Holds great in fridge or use right away!
