Horseradish Gremolata - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 tablespoons unsalted butter
    2 teaspoons garlic, minced
    1/4 cup fresh horseradish, grated
    1 tablespoon distilled white vinegar
    1 teaspoon lemon zest, minced
    1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
    1 tablespoon finely chopped chopped flat leaf parsley
Preparation
    in medium bowl whisk butter with ingredients and stir in parsley.
