Nickey'S Sardines - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 sardines (1 can, I usually use Holmes)
    1/4 - 1/2 cup green onion, cut in 1 inch pieces
    1 inch gingerroot, peeled and minced (1 inch may be too much for some)
    soy sauce (to taste)
    chili pepper
    1 teaspoon sesame oil (optional)
Preparation
    Place add all ingredients in small pan.
    Heat until done.
    Serve over hot rice.
