Maduros (Sauteed Plantains) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 plantains
    3 tablespoons white sugar
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    2 tablespoons butter
Preparation
    Peel plantains, cut into 1/2\" slices. Toss with sugar and salt.
    Saute in butter, over medium-high heat, about 5 minutes, or until lightly browned and tender.
