Healthy Maple Walnut Baked Oatmeal - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 cups quick-cooking oats
1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
1/2 cup milk
1/3 cup maple syrup
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup walnuts or 1/2 cup pecans, toasted
3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1 egg, beaten
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together and place in an 8x8 baking dish.
Cook at 350 for 20 minutes.
Serve warm with milk if desired.
