Bleu Cheese Alfredo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb blue cheese
    1/2 cup unsalted butter
    1 cup heavy cream, at room temperature
    1 teaspoon pepper
Preparation
    Melt the butter over medium low heat.
    As butter is melting add crumbled bleu cheese, stirring constantly.
    Once cheese is melted slowly stir in cream.
    After ingredients are warm & fully combined, remove from heat and add to pasta.
