Low-Fat Oatmeal Apricot Cookies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
1/3 cup margarine
1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce
2 large eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 3/4 cups whole wheat flour
2 cups uncooked rolled oats
1 cup dried apricot, chopped
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Beat together wet ingredients.
Stir in dry ingredients.
Drop onto prepared cookie sheet and flatten a bit with a spoon.
Bake for approximately 8 minutes or until done.
