[Gluten-Free!!!] Springfield Style Cashew Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lbs chicken, cut in to bite sized bits, breaded and fried
    cashews
    green onion, chopped
    rice, prepared
    Sauce
    1 cup chicken stock
    1/2 cup water
    2 teaspoons sugar
    2 teaspoons oyster sauce
    2 teaspoons soy sauce
    2 tablespoons cornstarch
Preparation
    Combine all sauce ingredients, simmer and stir until thickened.
    Serve on a bed of rice with cashews and green onions on top.
    Delish.
