Banana Nut Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 1/2 ounce) packages corn muffin mix
    1 cup mashed ripe banana (about 2 medium)
    1 cup chopped walnuts
    1 cup milk
Preparation
    In a bowl, combine all ingredients just until blended.
    Spoon into 2 greased 8 x 4 x 2 inch loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.
    Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pans to wire racks to cool completely.
