Sauerkraut - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 cup onion, chopped
1/4 cup oil
1 tablespoon flour
1 quart sauerkraut
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon caraway seed
1 potato, grated
1 cup water
Preparation

Saute onion in oil or bacon grease.
Add flour.
Add sauerkraut, sugar, caraway seeds, grated potato, and water.
Cook for 30 minutes on low. Watch carefully to prevent burning.
