Banana Oat Coconut Prune Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    3/4 cup applesauce
    1/2 cup sugar
    2 -3 mashed ripe bananas
    1 tablespoon cinnamon
    1 teaspoon cardamom
    1 1/2 cups self-rising flour
    1 cup oats
    1/2 cup milk
    6 -8 cut up prunes
    1/2 cup coconut flakes
Preparation
    Mix the first 6 ingredients. Add flour, oats, milk, prunes and coconut and stir until mixed well.
    Pour batter in greased loaf pan, sprinkle with some oats and bake for about 35-45 minutes at 375 degrees.
