Gooseberry Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 .oz can gooseberries, drained (save juice)
    1 cup miniature marshmallow
    1 (3 ounce) package lemon Jell-O gelatin
    1 1/4 cups boiling water
    1 pinch salt
    Add
    1/2 cup chopped celery
    1 can drained mandarin orange
    1/3 cup chopped nutmeats
    maraschino cherry
Preparation
    Boil water and dissolve lemon jello, add salt.
    Pour over 1 cup miniature marshmallows, stir until almost dissolved.
    Add drained gooseberries.
    Add the celery, mandarin oranges, nuts. Then stir together.
    Garnish with maraschino cherries.
    Refrigerate until served.
