Marinated Shrimp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    sliced onion, as needed
    3 lbs shrimp, cooked and cleaned
    bay leaf, as needed
    MARINADE
    1 cup olive oil
    3/4 cup white wine vinegar
    3 teaspoons salt
    3 teaspoons celery seeds
    2 1/2 tablespoons capers, with some of the caper juice
    10 dashes Tabasco sauce
Preparation
    In a glass bowl layer the shrimp, sliced onions, and bay leaves until the bowl is nearly full. Make the marinade by blending together all of the ingredients until well-mixed. Pour the marinade over the ingredients in the bowl, cover, and refrigerate overnight before serving.
