Lemon Grass Drink - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb lemongrass
2 quarts water
1/3 cup sugar (more if you must)
ice
Preparation

Trim the lemon grass and chop roughly.
Place water and lemon grass in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat and stir in the sugar. Cool to room temperature.
Strain. Sugar to taste.
Chill or serve over ice.
