Sheila'S Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cups macaroni
3 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons flour
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
2 cups cheddar cheese, grated
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 dash pepper
2 cups milk, heated
1 tablespoon onion, chopped
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
Preparation

Boil macaroni to desired doneness, app. 7 minute Drain when done.
While macaroni is cooking, melt butter over low heat, stir in flour.
Raise heat to allow mixture to bubble (but not brown), stirring constantly.
Add milk, mustard and onion.
Stir over medium heat until mixture thickens.
Add cheese-stir until blended.
Add drained macaroni.
Turn into casserole dish and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
Bake in a 400 degree oven for app. 30 minutes.
Let cool slightly before serving.
