Backporch Cabbage Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Dressing
    1/2 cup sour cream
    3 ounces cream cheese, softened
    2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
    1 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon black pepper
    3 tablespoons milk
    1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
    Salad
    4 cups red cabbage, shredded
    10 ounces frozen peas, thawed, drained
    1 cup carrot, shredded
    1 cup sliced cucumber
    2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Preparation
    in a small bowl stir together all dressing ingredients.
    in large bowl layer 2 cups cabbage, 1 cup peas, 1/2 cup carrots, and 1/2 cup cucumber.
    pour 1/2 cup dressing over salad.
    repeat layer.
    pour remaining dressing over salad.
    sprinkle with 2 tablespoons parsley.
