Aaron'S Mom'S Beef & Pork Meat Loaf With Glaze - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup cracker crumb
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 1/2 lbs lean ground beef
    1/2 lb ground pork
    1 teaspoon salt
    2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
    1/8 teaspoon pepper
    1/8 teaspoon sage
    1/4 teaspoon poultry seasoning or 1/4 teaspoon sausage seasoning
    2 eggs
    8 ounces tomato sauce
    Glaze
    1 teaspoon mustard
    3 tablespoons brown sugar
    1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
    1/4 cup ketchup
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all the ingredients listed up to \"Glaze\".
    If using a 5x13x13 shallow pan, bake for one hour. If using a loaf pan, bake for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
    Mix the glaze ingredients together thoroughly and serve as a side to the done meatloaf.
