Vegan Banana Bread (Healthy!) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
1/2 cup wheat bran
1/2 cup wheat germ
4 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 bananas (mashed)
3/4 cup unrefined sugar
1 apple (finely chopped)
Preparation

Combine all ingredients.
Bake at 350F for 60-75 minutes in a greased and floured loaf pan, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Remove from pan and cool on its side.
