Pumpkin-Molasses Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 cups Bisquick reduced-fat baking mix
    1 cup skim milk (or your preference)
    1 egg
    1 egg white
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
    1 cup canned pumpkin
    1/3 cup molasses (may want to add more depending on taste)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Cook on medium heat in pan. Just like any pancake.
    Sprinkle with powdered sugar, serve with syrup, fruit, peanut butter, etc.
