Corn Fritters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tablespoon olive oil
    400 g creamed corn
    1 egg
    1/2 onion, finely chopped
    1 teaspoon curry powder
    1 teaspoon coriander powder
    1/2 cup flour
    1 teaspoon baking powder
    salt and pepper (optional)
Preparation
    Preheat oil in a frying pan over a low heat.
    Mix together the corn, egg, curry powder, coriander, onion. Season to taste with salt and/or pepper.
    Mix in flour and baking powder.
    Spoon mixture into frying pan. Flip once bubbles have formed and most of them have popped. Cook other side about the same amount of time.
    Serve with salad, and salsa or aioli on the side.
