Sofrito - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head garlic, cloves skined
    1 yellow onion
    1 green bell pepper
    1 red bell pepper
    1 bunch fresh flat-leaf parsley
    1 bunch fresh cilantro
    2 tablespoons fresh oregano
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon pepper
Preparation
    Quarter peppers and onion. Add all ingredients in food processor or blender. Pulse or blend until pureed.
    For easy storage, freeze mixture in ice cube trays. Store cubes in freezer in a zip lock bag and use as needed.
