Soy Glazed Flank Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 cup soy sauce
    3 tablespoons honey
    2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
    2 scallions, minced
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    2 teaspoons minced fresh ginger
    1/2 cup olive oil
    1 1/2 lbs flank steaks
Preparation
    In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, honey, vinegar, scallions, garlic and ginger.
    Place steak in a glass baking dish and pour marinade over.
    Cover and marinate, turning occasionally 1-2 hours at room temperature or up to 24 hours in the refrigerator.
    Prepare a hot grill. Remove steak from marinade.
    Grill 10-12 minutes.
    Let rest 5 minutes before carving.
