Easy Ceviche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb pre-cooked shrimp (thawed, if frozen)
12 ounces prepared pico de gallo
8 ounces seafood cocktail sauce
1 cup bloody mary mix
1 lime, juice of
1 -2 avocado, chopped (optional)
tortilla chips
Preparation

Drain shrimp and place in bowl.
Add pico de gallo, cocktail sauce, bloody mary mix and lime juice.
Mix together. Add in Avacado, if desired.
Serve with Tortilla Chips.
