Handy Dandy Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups instant rice
    1 (10 ounce) can mushrooms, drained
    1 (10 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
    1 (10 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
    3/4 cup apple juice
    1 1/4 ounces vegetable soup mix
    3 lbs bone-in chicken parts
Preparation
    Combine first 6 ingredients in large bowl. Spread in ungreased 9x13 pan.
    Arrange chicken meaty side up on top rice mixture. Cover with greased foil. Bake @ 350\u00b0 for 1.5-2hrs.
