4 tea bags green tea
4 lemons, sliced
1 handful mint leaf
1/2 gallon purified water
Preparation

Start by steeping green tea in warm water for at least 20 minutes to release antioxidants.
Add this to two cups of water.
Add the juice of half of a lemon.
Add 4-5 mint leaves.
Drink throughout the day.
