Hard Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    125 g sweet butter
    125 g icing sugar
    100 ml brandy
Preparation
    Cream butter and icing sugar until light and almost white.
    Slowly drizzle in brandy continuing to beat.
    Serve with hot Christmas pudding.
