White Bread (Bread Machine) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2/3 cup water
1 tablespoon milk
2 cups bread flour
1 tablespoon shortening
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon active dry yeast

Preparation

Place all the ingredients in the bread maker in the order they are listed.
Use the BASIC BAKE setting.
